Financial reporting

Researchers and organisations receiving grants from the Swedish Research Council must submit financial reports. You can find information about the rules for different types of grants here.

Different rules apply for financial reporting of grants to individual researchers, grants to organisations and grants to research infrastructure. It also matters whether the grant decision was made before or after 2015. The reporting period for most grants is 1 January–31 March.

Financial reporting in the event of changes to grants

If you change your administrating organisation, or terminate a grant early, you must submit a financial report. Instructions for changes relating to your grant.
