Give your views on proposed national guidelines for open science
The National Library of Sweden is now gathering opinions on proposed national guidelines for open science. The guidelines are in the first instance aimed at public agencies, higher education institutions and research funding bodies.
The National Library of Sweden has been mandated by the Government to draw up national guidelines for open science. The aim of the guidelines is to provide support in the transition to open science.
The Library is now gathering together opinions on a first draft of the guidelines, to see whether they are clear and that the goals are possible to achieve. The draft has been worked out with support from the Swedish Research Council and others.
All opinions received will be assessed on the basis of the mandate, weighed together and contribute to the development of the guidelines. The mandate to draw up national guidelines for open science will be reported in January 2024.
